BROOK EWERT [email protected]		Born and raised in Vancouver and the North Shore where he currently resides with his wife and son, Brook has been a full time REALTOR since 2010 focusing almost exclusively in selling homes in Vancouver and North Vancouver. Brook’s approach is very personal and hands on, with a commitment to integrity, transparency, and always being on top of the unique dynamics of our real estate market. Prior to becoming a realtor, he completed a Bachelor degree in Business at Simon Fraser University and worked in corporate software sales, banking, residential construction, and hospitality. All of these experiences provided a wealth of knowledge and negotiation skills that have helped him assist hundreds of people in buying or selling their home. After being licensed at Royal LePage Sussex for 5 years, Brook eventually found his home at Blu Realty in 2016. He has achieved sales awards such as the Master Sales award (top 20% in Canada) and President’s Gold Award (top 10% in Canada) at Royal LePage, as well as the Medallion Club awarded by the Real Estate Board for being top 10% of sales in Greater Vancouver.
SHAWN LEE [email protected]		Shawn Lee pounced on a career in Real Estate during the massive 2002/2003 boom. And when you look at the success of Blu Realty and Vancity Lofts today, it's clear that this independent, honest, and (sometimes) rambunctious guy knows an opportunity when he sees one. Shawn prides himself in living a well rounded life, and the experiences gained as an SFU Economics Major, Football Clansman, Skeet and Ikes health food rep, and a Radical video game designer have made him a dynamic realtor and person. Real Estate gigs include fruitful terms with MAC marketing, Angel/Hasman and Century 21, but it wasn't until he stepped out on his own that Shawn truly found his niche. I mean, isn't that what brought you to the Blu bio page? But all work and no play makes for a dull boy, so Shawn leaves room in the calendar for world travel; adventurous dining and plenty of powder days. Only his wife Erin and super pooch Pickles garner the same kind of attention as his quest to curate Vancouver's best properties.
JAMES SUTTON [email protected]		When James Sutton enters a room, you take notice. He has a spark. But not one of thoselook-at-me-I’m-the-man sparks. James’ magic comes from his inherent warmth and curiosity. Let’s just say that if connecting with people was an Olympic sport – James would be top of the podium.
JEN FRIESEN [email protected]		Years of experience in sales, combined with a family background in real estate and a burning desire to be consistently challenged are just a few of the things that originally drove Jen Friesen into the RE game. Today, it's about the variety of relationships and personalities, the art of negotiation and the ever-changing challenges of the market that keep her here; as she often exclaims, "this isn't a test, this is my life". Jen is accredited for her honesty, integrity, determination and altruism within the real estate culture. As Wayne Dyer said "it's never crowded along the extra mile", which is where Jen can often be found. Her passion is character homes and heritage spaces but she is never limited to what she can and will sell. When not in the trenches she works hard at balancing her time between her bff chihuahua, exercise and consuming red, red wine....often times she mixes them together for the best results.
MIKE COCKBURN [email protected]		Mike brings an optimistic, go with the flow approach to his work, but never loses sight of his mission. To create impactful designs that engage and inspire people who are passionate about Vancouver Real Estate. He also happens to be an architecture junkie who gets weak in the knees from the mere thought of timber beams, exposed brick and concrete floors. Bottom Line: PERFECT. FIT. (for) BLU.
