Downtown has it all. Location, convenience, action, satisfaction, places to make money and places to spend it. It may very well be one of the most magnificent downtowns in the world. Surrounded by ocean air and a sweeping view of the enchanting North Shore Mountains, it sometimes leaves one breathless and in awe of the beauty.
And living downtown is nothing short of exciting. There are enough coffee shops, restaurants, night spots, theatres, alleyways, bistros, bars, libraries, parks and seawall routes to keep one busy every hour of the week.

Hey do you remember where I parked?....... Parking for most people is a deal breaker when they are searching for an apartment, but it doesn't have to be. There are so many amazing heritage buildings in Vancouver that you have the opportunity to live in and call home. These buildings are located in some of Vancouver's most desired neighbourhoods and come with a pretty sweet lifestyle and great history. One of the reasons why parking can be hard to come by when looking for a heritage loft apartment is simply because when developers convert the buildings from offices or warehouses to residences they try to keep as much of the original facade and interiors as possible so it is nearly impossible to dig deeper basements to accommodate more parking stalls.
Our advice to you is don't let parking be an issue you can't overcome. Some might say we are a little spoiled here with regards to all of our parking options and buildings that come with parking, we wouldn't say that though. There are major cities all over the world that have much less parking options in their city centre than Vancouver. Sometimes to live in these amazing restored heritage buildings we have to compromise. Not always, but sometimes.
Another reason that some people give us for wanting a parking stall is resale. Yeah that makes sense but these style of homes will always have a buyer waiting. Since Jan. 1, 2010 - March 1, 2011 there have been 51 apartments sold in Vancouver without a parking stall (a list can be provided upon request). So, don't worry, you'll be able to sell it!
We do understand that some of you may need your car for work and do a lot of driving so a parking stall in your building is a must have. On the flip side if you're not in and out all day and night then you HAVE options, and here they are.....
Tip: Impark has more clearance height than Easy Park for you boys driving in from the country :)
Easy Park Lot 18 1067 Seymour St.
What.... you don't have a car but need some wheels? We get it! This is what you do....
