The Dude could be very happy if the park board follows through with their plan to restore Viktor Briestensky's infamous "Dude Chilling Park" sign.  Lebowski and the many other colourful East Side residents may indead be able to enjoy their White Russians in style if the "public art piece" is replaced. Good news for all of us that frequent the park on a daily basis.
