The Paris Block is a heritage conversion completed in 2008 with 29 lofts within a 100-year-old 5-storey brick building. The Paris Annex, to be constructed right beside the Paris Block will be fused into one sharing hallways, stairs, elevator, and foyer. FUN FACT - For over 60 years The Paris Block was home to Pierre Paris & Sons - a logging boot manufacturer and shoe retailer. Today, the Paris family company continues as Paris Orthotics on West 4th Avenue.
