The sun is taking a bit of a break, freeing you from the parks, beaches and BBQ's.  I've heard it will be back, but in the meantime it's a perfect weekend for open houses.

Some of these are new listings, some have been listed before.  I've had a look at what's on the schedule this weekend,  and if I were doing an open tour, these would be my stops.

102-528 Beatty - New Listing at Bowman Block.  OPEN Saturday 2-4  Not a ground floor unit.  Salient Group conversion.  Bowman is always worth the look - especially under $450,000.  The last listing in the building sold in 8 days.

 

 

 

 

306-288 West 8th - Loft 338 - OPEN Saturday 1-3  Cambie loft overlooking the north shore mountains.  You'll see them a bit at the open.  Pop by whole foods for lunch on your way, it's a block away.  

 

 

 

 

 

21-120 Powell - Pilkington House - OPEN Saturday 2-4  Almost 2,800 sqft.  It's massive, looks and feels like a home right out of the Meatpacking District in NYC.  Roof Deck with furniture, BBQ, entertaining space. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

3-229 Carrall St - Bodega Studios - OPEN Saturday 2-4 Another rare one.  Super historical conversion.  One of the oldest brick buildings in Vancouver.  Priced ok, for 870 sq ft.

 

 

 

 

 

306-310 Water St - Taylor Building - OPEN Saturday 2-4 This one has been on for a while, almost a month, but the Taylor is another great conversion building.  Also rarely listed.  739 sqft for $459k.

 

 

 

 

 

27 Alexander - The Alexis - OPEN Saturday and Sunday 2-4  - Two new listings here this week.  Bringing the total to four.  Three of Four are open this weekend.  One stop, three opens.  Well worth it.
