New Westminster
New Westminster is very similar to Vancouver, it has waterfront properties, lots of green space and lofts! It’s just a little further inland and a touch closer to the Fraser Valley and all its joys and wonders.
New West, as the locals like to call it, has a long history of pioneers, politics and royalty. In fact, around 1859 the locals liked to call it “The Royal City”. Of course, Queen Victoria has long come and gone, but New West is here to stay and if you’re thinking of staying as well there are some fine loft buildings to be inhabited.
