Happy Buyer & Seller Fiona Forbes

Earlier this year, well known TV personality Fiona Forbes decided to list her downtown 2 level townhouse with Blu. Fiona had lived the "downtown" life for over a year and half, but had come to realize that the bustling, sometimes rowdy streets East of the Granville entertainment zone simply weren’t her (or her Yorky terrier Chewy’s) jam. So, she hand-picked the lovely Jen Friesen from our Blu roster and the two ladies got to work.

Busy vibe aside, Fiona's downtown pad was definitely design mag worthy and centrally located. Her contemporary style, and modern decor showed really well, and there was plenty of immediate action on the courtyard condo. Jen - who is known as our resident grinder - worked her butt off. And in the end, she was able to get Fiona even more than expected. We asked Fiona about the experience and the outspoken broadcaster said Jen not only calmed her stress, but actually made the process fun.

With her previous townhouse sold, it was now time for Fiona to find new digs. So, the two ladies teamed up again - setting their sights on a quiet, comfortable Kitsilano pad. Luckily Fiona was very clear about her criteria, and Jen made sure she never veered off that path. In the end, the now friends found the perfect peaceful oasis and all Fiona (and Chewy) have to do now is move in!
