It’s no secret that we at Blu think Mt. Pleasant is pretty awesome. And it’s not just because half of our office lives, works, and plays in the ‘hood. OK... maybe we are a little biased. So, you can imagine our excitement about the new development coined Second + Main (currently under construction at the corner of, you guessed it, E 2^nd Ave and Main St). The complex will feature 226 units, comprised of 23 studios, 145 1-bedroom units, and 58 2-bedroom units. There will also be a green roof equipped for gardening, four artists studios, electric vehicle charging stations, as well as 13,000 sq ft of retail space.
