JAY-Z AND BEYONCE'S $400K/ MONTH SUMMER HOME
Blue Ivy Carter isn’t even seven months old yet, but she’s already living the life of the rich and famous—which, of course, includes a summer getaway in New York’s chi-chi seaside resort, the Hamptons. Ah, to be the child of the stars!
According to the New York Post, Baby Blue's parents, Jay-Z and Beyonce, are renting a 31,000-square-foot mansion in Bridgehampton known as “the Sandcastle” for the month of August—for a whopping $400,000. Did we mention that that figure is just for one months’ rent? Wowzers!
The home, which is located on Halsey Lane, occupies an 11-acre plot of land. Besides the usual eight million spare bedrooms, 2,8000 square-foot master suite, and separate two-bedroom apartment (because gee, don’t we ALL have that much sleeping space?), the house also boasts the following: A two-lane bowling alley, a rock-climbing wall, a 60-foot heated pool with an underwater stereo system, a tennis court, a spa facility, a gym, virtual golf, a skateboard half-pipe, a recording studio (naturally), and an eight-car garage. In addition, there is apparently something termed a “children’s performing area.” I don’t even really know what that means, but I’m sure that Blue Ivy will get a kick out of it. Insofar as a seven-month-old can get a kick out of anything, that is.
Pictures? But of course! Allow us to reveal to you the craziness!

If you're interested in owning -- not renting -- this home, it's on the market for $43.5 million. Thanks to the NY Post for surfacing this story.
